Luxury at its best! Taj City Centre at New Town leaves no stone unturned when it comes to providing a first-class experience. From the moment you step foot into the grand lobby, you are greeted with impeccable service and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and offer stunning views of the city. The restaurants on-site offer a wide variety of cuisines, each prepared with finesse and flavor. The rooftop pool and lounge area are the perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the panoramic views. We went there with family and friends. It was enjoyable experience. The ambience was great. The food was good. I loved the salads. I also enjoyed their vegetable au gratin and the dessert section. The best thing was that one of the kids vomited and the server was so nice. She helped clean up the mess. We could not thank her enough.

The infrastructure and rooms are really good. But, the staff at the check in area seemed very different from other Taj properties. Courtesy and warmth are two things we have come to recognize as part of the Taj staff across cities. We felt these were missing here. She did not clarify the elements added as part of our booking clearly. Each element had to be asked from our side for her to give us an understanding. Overall the check in experience was a bit frustrating. [Update]: After posting the review, the property manager got in touch with us and was very prompt in addressing our concerns. Special thanks to Ms.Prerna from the front desk who was extremely warm and helped us out for the rest of the stay and helped with an extremely smooth checkout experience.

Really great night spent at the Taj - beautiful welcome ceremony, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was immaculate, bed was unbelievably comfortable. Never had a room with a jacuzzi before - brilliant fun to relax and cool down. Would love to stay there again. The infinity pool was something else!

I had a wonderful time here. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The food was good. But the thing that stood out was the hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond during the stay. Location is very close to the airport. So convenient that I would be staying there soon.
